Terms of Service.

Welcome to yuMeet, a social application designed for university students to connect with each other, find events happening on campus, and engage in their university community. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of yuMeet, owned and operated by CAYDE SERVICES INC. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

By creating an account and using yuMeet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any future modifications made by CAYDE SERVICES INC. Your continued use of the app following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To use yuMeet, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old and use a campus email address to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify CAYDE SERVICES INC. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. CAYDE SERVICES INC. is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You agree to use yuMeet in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for all content you upload, post, or otherwise make available through your profile or on the events page. This includes but is not limited to:

• Not posting any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Not engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the app or other users’ enjoyment of the app.
• Respecting the privacy and intellectual property rights of others.

yuMeet allows users to create profiles and upload photos, as well as post events to the events page. By posting content, you grant CAYDE SERVICES INC. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content as necessary for the operation of the app. You represent and warrant that you have the right to post the content and that the content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

All content provided by CAYDE SERVICES INC., including but not limited to software, logos, designs, and text, is the property of CAYDE SERVICES INC. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any of the content owned by CAYDE SERVICES INC. without express written permission.

yuMeet collects certain personal information from users as part of its functionality. For more information about how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

CAYDE SERVICES INC. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account or any content you have posted. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting CAYDE SERVICES INC.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAYDE SERVICES INC. shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of yuMeet, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. CAYDE SERVICES INC. does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any user-generated content or that the app will be available at all times.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of yuMeet shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. The parties agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration in Ontario, Canada, in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

CAYDE SERVICES INC. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms in the app. Your continued use of yuMeet after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
